The front desk team was helpful, and the concierge gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants.

The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger. It was just a minor inconvenience.

The people are super helpful and friendly, which really made our stay more pleasant. We could store some luggage there for a few days, and they wouldnt take any money for that even if we insisted. The reception is truly 24/7, and we were helped at 4 am and at 1 am.
